Purpose of Processing Personal Information
Personal information and analytics data are used only for the purposes below.

Our own analytics and Google Analytics do not store or transmit names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, site details, inquiry content, attachment filenames, URL queries or actual referrer addresses. If a personal-data pattern is detected in a search term or UTM value, the server masks it. If an inquiry leads to a contract or transaction, information needed for performance or legal obligations may be retained separately for the period required by applicable law. Do not send unnecessary information such as resident registration numbers or account passwords.
Third-Party Provision and Processing Routes
HAEJOO NC does not provide personal information to third parties without the data subject's consent, except where required by law or requested by an investigative authority through lawful procedures.
Website inquiries are delivered to HAEJOO NC's main email address, and the website does not create a separate customer database. HAEJOO NC operates its own anonymous visit analytics and does not store raw IP addresses.
Google Analytics is an optional analytics tool loaded only when a visitor expressly permits analytics collection. For website-use and conversion analysis, the Google Analytics items in Section 2 may be processed on Google's infrastructure, including locations outside the Republic of Korea. Learn about Google's processing practices in the Google Privacy Policy. Advertising tracking tools such as Meta Pixel are not used.
Destruction of personal information
When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that is difficult to recover, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Inquiry attachments are handled in a temporary server area for email transmission and are not stored in a separate public repository.
Rights of the data subject and how to exercise them
Data subjects can request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information, or withdraw their consent. If you call or send an email to the personal information protection contact below, it will be processed without delay after verifying your identity.
If requested by a legal representative or an authorized person, necessary documents such as a power of attorney for verification of the relationship may be requested.
Automatically Collected Information and How to Decline
To improve website quality, we may store random anonymous identifiers in the browser. Visitor identifiers are stored in local storage and session identifiers in session storage; they are not combined with names, phone numbers or email addresses. Our own analytics does not store raw IP addresses. When a browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, it creates and stores no identifiers and stops both our own and Google analytics transmissions.

Stopping deletes existing browser identifiers and prevents further collection for our own visit statistics. A DNT or GPC signal takes priority over this control.
Google Analytics is loaded only after express permission. If you decline, withdraw or send a DNT or GPC signal, it will not load for future visits and existing Google Analytics cookies are removed from this browser.

Policy Changes
If the contents of this policy change, we will notify you through the notice at least seven days before implementation. In case of significant changes to the rights of the information subject, separate guidance will be provided as much as possible.
