If an inquiry leads to a contract or transaction, information necessary for contract fulfillment and legal obligations may be kept separately for the period specified by relevant laws. Do not send unnecessary information such as resident registration numbers or bank account passwords.
Provision to Third Parties and Processing Route
HAEJOO NC does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the data subject. However, exceptions apply when there is a legal basis or when investigative authorities request it through proper procedures.
Inquiries made through the website are sent to the CEO's email at HAEJOO NC, and no separate customer database is created on the website. External advertising and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not used. If the processing route or external outsourcing changes, it will be disclosed through this policy.
Destruction of personal information
When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that is difficult to recover, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Inquiry attachments are handled in a temporary server area for email transmission and are not stored in a separate public repository.

Data subjects can request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information, or withdraw their consent. If you call or send an email to the personal information protection contact below, it will be processed without delay after verifying your identity.
If requested by a legal representative or an authorized person, necessary documents such as a power of attorney for verification of the relationship may be requested.
Automatically Collected Information and How to Refuse
To improve website quality, a random anonymous identifier is stored in the browser. Visitor identifiers are kept in local storage, and session identifiers are stored in session storage, without being combined with names, phone numbers, or emails. The visitor analysis system does not store raw IPs and respects the browser’s tracking refusal settings.
