01Panel Transfer System

The automated panel-transfer system
connects stacking to downstream feed.

Multi-point vacuum pads lift the top panel from the stack and transfer it to the processing queue on the roller conveyor. The automated system reduces panel-to-panel contact while continuously feeding material to downstream cutting and machining equipment.

02Gantry Handling System

The gantry handling system
places panels at a defined position.

A gantry travelling along horizontal and vertical axes uses multi-point vacuum pads to lift panels and place them at defined positions. Consistent placement stabilizes material flow between downstream processing stages and the automated line.

The automated multi-boring system
reproduces drawing coordinates precisely
during machining.

Multiple vertical machining heads move to programmed coordinates for panel boring and precision machining. Consistent hole locations and hardware interfaces support dimensional alignment during assembly.

The roller feed advances panels at a controlled direction and speed through edge gluing, pressing and trimming zones. This maintains consistent edge quality before panels move to boring and assembly.
